Chemkut 500CFHD is one of the “New Generation” of Chlorine Free Cutting Oils, developed to reduce the difficulty of disposing of wastes that are contaminated with chlorine compounds.
Chemkut 500CFHD is designed for the machining of tough alloys and for severe operations, such as tapping and threading. The oil may be also used for broaching and many other heavy duty operations.
Chemkut 500CFHD may be used on single spindle, as well as multi-spindle machines.
Chemkut 500CFHD is compounded with a high level of very efficient additives that contain active sulphur. The oil will stain copper and copper containing alloys, these may be “bright dipped” to remove sulphur stains. The oil should not be used for machine lubrication if there are any copper lines or bronze bearings in the machine.
